Edgar Allen Beem’s Opinion piece in the Aug. 23 issue of The Forecaster regarding the public release of classified information by Edward Snowden is a masterpiece. In addition to key facts from the issues of today, he has created a rich overlay of historical precedents and common-sense judgement that has prompted me to re-examine my position on this issue.
