Contrary to Andrew Kinley’s letter, I don’t have disdain for teachers. I respect teachers, I personally like many of our teachers, and unlike most of the Falmouth School Board I am a licensed teacher in Maine for nearly six years. What I have unbridled contempt for are those on various governing bodies in this town that are so inept at their leadership position I find myself trying to explain GPS technology to a group that are trying to come to grips with the concept of a wheel.

Mr. Kinley, being incompetent makes the smugness of your letter even sillier. It would be much better to confine your efforts to sitting at the School Board table, speaking loudly, and have people think you know what you’re talking about rather than writing to demonstrate your lack of knowledge.
