SOUTH PORTLAND — State legislators representing the city, Scarborough and Cape Elizabeth will host a forum on the Affordable Care Act at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 11, at City Hall.
City Democratic Reps. Terry Morrison, Bryan Kaenrath and Scott Hamann, and Cape Elizabeth Democratic Rep. Kim Monaghan-Derrig will be joined by state Sen. Rebecca Millett, D-Cape Elizabeth, for an overview of the ACA and state health-care exchanges created under the law.
