Cape Elizabeth’s Ben Raymond won his 100th game as the program’s head coach last Friday, 2-0, over visiting Fryeburg Academy. Raymond, who has been involved in the program as a player, assistant or head coach for over three decades, has led the Capers to the playoffs in each of his 11 previous seasons. Raymond also coaches swimming and boys’ lacrosse and teaches special education at Cape Elizabeth.
