YARMOUTH — Studio B music studio is hosting Impromptu, a family entertainment event, Friday, March 20, at AmVets Hall, 148 North Road.
The night of improvisational and musical acts is expected to draw around 300 people, according to Studio B co-owner Rhonda Birkbeck. She said when Studio B started Impromptu a few months ago, about 40 people attended, but interest has grown steadily since then.
The musical acts at the event will include Studio B’s other co-owner, Benjamin Birkbeck, as well as Devon Collela, The Aeterna Trio and Andy Happel. For improvisational acts, Birkbeck said entertainment is lined up, but people “are welcome to share (their) talents with us or just sit back and enjoy the show.”
The event starts at 7 p.m. and a donation of $10 is suggested.
