FALMOUTH —Members and friends of the Falmouth Historical Society are invited to an Herb Tasting Luncheon at noon on Tuesday, April 21 in the Russell Room of the Falmouth Memorial Library.

Tate Museum and Gardens Horticulturalist James Perley will present “Informal Herb and Kitchen Gardens of the Nineteenth Century.” After his presentation, guests may watch cooking demonstrations and sample historical/vintage recipes made with locally-available herbs. A variety of foods will be prepared and guests will receive a collection of the demonstrated recipes.
