The owners of Captain Daniel Stone Inn, John and Kim Verreault, and their sons Andrew, left and Jacob, gather for a June 22 ceremonial ribbon cutting on Water Street. The Verraults recently reopened the historic inn, capping an extensive $2 million renovation project to return the 200-year-old building and its 1980s addition to its former glory. The new building features a day spa and a new restaurant, 10 Water, that hopes to bring back the inn’s loyal clientele and new customers.
