FREEPORT — The Casco Bay YMCA will host a Healthy Kids Day on Sat., April 18, from 10 a.m. to noon. This a free family event with more than 20 activities for children to sample.

There will be a rock wall competition, a Moonbounce, a dance party and bike safety clinics. Fire and police units will be on hand to demonstrate their canine units, rescue vehicles and finger-printing techniques.

At 12:30 p.m. there will be a triathlon for children ages 6 to 12, and for the registration cost of $15 children will take home a T-shirt.
