Students dressed as fruits and vegetables on Jan. 7 at Lincoln Middle School in Portland to celebrate the success of the “Let’s Go” healthy lifestyle initiative, which targets childhood obesity, and the launch of a new program at the school. The campaign helps kids aim for a daily regimen of five fruits and vegetables, two hours or less of recreational screen time, one hour of physical activity and no sugar-sweetened drinks.
