Arrington received a $1,000 prize from the Maine Lobster Promotion Council.Large crowds came to Portland’s waterfront looking for all things food last weekend, filling Ocean Gateway for the 2009 Harvest on the Harbor celebration. Chef, author and television personality Lucinda Scala Quinn demonstrated her technique on Friday and Saturday.
