HARPSWELL — The 2017 annual Town Meeting will take place Saturday, March 11, in the Harpswell Community School Gymnasium.
March Town Meeting is the only opportunity residents have to adopt local legislative measures. Selectmen confired the date at their Nov. 17 meeting.
