11/18 at 12:40 a.m. Donald B. Witthorn, 52, of Ash Point Road, was arrested on Barrin Road by Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputy George Bradbury on a charge of operating under the influence.
11/19 at 4:32 a.m. Molly M. Cabral, 19, of White Sails Lane, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputy Joshua Robinson on charges of operating the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.
