11/5 at 9 a.m. Sean Owen, 25, of Harpswell Island Road, was arrested by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.
11/7 at 1:35 p.m. William Moody, 53, of Harpswell Island Road, was arrested by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office on two charges of failure to pay a fine.
