HARPSWELL — After several years of study, the Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee has narrowed the options for possible village districts to the area around Mitchell Field.
Town Planner Carol Tukey said ordinance changes are likely to appear before voters at the annual Town Meeting next March. If approved, the changes could allow for denser development within the district and enable the town to win planning grants.
A workshop will be held at the Town Office on Mountain Road at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13.
