SCARBOROUGH — Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland will hold two meetings on home ownership March 12 at the Scarborough Public Library.

The sessions will be held from 1-2 p.m. and 2:30-3:30 p.m. The library is located at 48 Gorham Road.

The meetings will provide information about the 13-home Habitat project under construction off Broadturn Road, to be completed in 2017, along with housing requirements and necessary application materials for candidates.

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that builds homes for low-to-middle-income families and individuals in exchange for sweat equity. The Scarborough project is the largest project so far for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland.
