SCARBOROUGH — Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland will hold two meetings on home ownership March 12 at the Scarborough Public Library.

The sessions will be held from 1-2 p.m. and 2:30-3:30 p.m. The library is located at 48 Gorham Road.

The meetings will provide information about the 13-home Habitat project under construction off Broadturn Road, to be completed in 2017, along with housing requirements and necessary application materials for candidates.

Preregistration is required. To register, visit habitatportlandme.org, call 772-2151 or email homeownership@habitatme.org.

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that builds homes for low-to-middle-income families and individuals in exchange for sweat equity. The Scarborough project is the largest project so far for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland.
