PORTLAND — Greta M. Pierce, 83, died Feb. 22 at Seaside Nursing Home.
She was born in Lewisville, New Brunswick, Canada, a daughter of Harold and Jeanette (Turner) Stoddard.
For many years she worked in accounting at S.D. Warren.
Her hobbies included knitting, crocheting and needlepoint.
She was predeceased by her husband, Wesley E. Pierce and a brother, Gerald Arthur Stoddard.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held last week.
Arrangements are by Independent Death Care of Maine, 471 Deering Ave., Portland.
