CUMBERLAND — Greenlaw Salvage owner Thomas Greenlaw has filed an appeal of a recent Superior Court decision that upheld a Town Council vote not to renew his junk yard license. The court decision, which now will be reviewed by Maine’s Supreme Judicial Court, would force Greenlaw to clean up his facility.
Greenlaw is representing himself in the appeal.
