YARMOUTH — A Yarmouth man was indicted by a Cumberland County grand jury on June 10 on charges from his April 18 arrest for allegedly breaking into a Bridge Street home.

Skyler Hewitt, 20, of East Elm Street, faces charges of Class B burglary, Class C aggravated criminal trespassing, Class C criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, Class D and E charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and Class E violation of condition of release.

An indictment is a finding that enough evidence exists to prosecute, not a determination of guilt.
