FALMOUTH — Goodwill Industries of Northern New England is considering expanding its retail presence in Falmouth, but there are no firm plans yet.
Goodwill, which has operated a store at the Falmouth Shopping Center since 2007, is eyeing vacant space formerly occupied by Rite Aid in the same center, according to Ken Christian, director of communications for the organization.
The potential site offers 12,000 square feet, nearly double the space at Goodwill’s existing store.
Christian said the expansion is in its formative stages and no time-line has been set, but added that sales in Falmouth have exceeded expectations.
