BRUNSWICK — Glenys Mary Michaud Grant, 81, died Aug. 3 at Mere Point Senior Center.
She was born in Winn on March 10, 1933, the daughter of John and Hazel Michaud. As an adult, she loved playing bingo and cribbage, enjoyed watching game shows, and was known for her memory of trivia.
Grant was predeceased by three sisters, Rose, Kathleen and Josaphine; and three brothers, John, Albert and Charles. She is also predeceased by her parents; a daughter, Pamela Grant; a granddaughter, Mandy Thibodeau Powell; and three grandsons, Albert, Arthur and Wesley.
She is survived by her children, Gloria DeNardo and husband, Albert, Kathy Thibodeau and husband, Richard, and David Grant, all of Brunswick, Leslie Grant and wife, Michelle, of Windham, George Grant, of Connecticut, Donald Grant, of Topsham, and Tammy O’Leary and husband, Randy, of Arkansas; a sister, Pheobe Crocker, of Exeter; 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
