SOUTH PORTLAND — Frosty’s Donuts, a Brunswick fixture that recently expanded to Freeport, will open a third location at 740 Broadway at 9 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 6.
The new shop will be on the site of the former Cambridge Coffee. Frosty’s employee Marcia Giancola said the shop will be operated by Cape Elizabeth residents Haj and Keyla Carr.
The original Frosty’s opened in 1965, and was closed after the death of co-founder June Frost last year. The Brunswick shop reopened under the ownership of Shelby St. Andre and Nels Omdal in February; they opened a Freeport shop this summer.
