4/4 at 12:36 p.m. Timothy S. O’Hara, 49, of Mallard Lane, was arrested at Durham Road by Officer Thomas Gabbard on an outstanding warrant.

4/5 at 11:24 p.m. Alicia R. Belmore, 27, of Prospect Street, Topsham, was issued a summons on Interstate 295 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

4/6 at 6:05 p.m. Carl Brawn III, 32, of Gay Drive, was issued a summons on Gay Drive by Sgt. John Perrino on a charge of criminal mischief.

4/7 at 12:19 a.m. Nicholas A. Harriman, 18, of Range Road, Durham, was issued a summons on Lower Main Street by Sgt. John Perrino on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

4/7 at 6:09 p.m. Birgit Brooks, 50, of Plimouth Way, Yarmouth, was issued a summons on Main Street by Deterctive Gino Bianchini on a charge of shoplifting.

4/9 at 1:07 p.m. Brianna C. Fournier, 19, of Washington Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons at Lower Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, operating with a invalid inspection sticker and failing to produce proof of vehicle insurance.

Deep cuts

4/3 at 2:52 p.m. An Evergreen Drive resident reported slashed two vehicle tires, causing about $250 in damage. Police have no suspects and reported no other damage to vehicles in the area.

Not in season

4/5 at 1:47 p.m. Police were unable to find a plastic sled a caller said was in the roadway on northbound Interstate 295.
