9/2 at 4:22 p.m. Jennifer Blakeslee, 32, of Herd Street, Winslow, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Keith Norris on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating condition of release, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
