9/1 at 9:16 p.m. Amanda R. Best, 38, of Elmwood Road, Pownal, was arrested on Pownal and Durham roads by Officer Jonathan Edwards on a charge of operating under the influence. 

Summonses

8/29 at 9:34 a.m. Shane R. Clarke, 30, of Johnson Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons on Cove Road by Marine Resource Officer Charles Tetreau on a charge of operating after suspension. 

9/1 at 3:56 p.m. Hayad Idriss Mohamed, 24, of Bartlett Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons on Durham and Curtis roads by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating without a license.
