8/30 at 7:31 p.m. Daniel F. Bly, 26, of South Street, was arrested on Pettengill Road by Officer Keith Norris on outstanding warrants from another agency.

9/1 at 1:20 a.m. Michael W. Tosto, 55, of Mehlville, Mo., was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

8/29 at 9:39 p.m. Donna M. Laslie, 27, of High Street, Bath, was issued a summons on Interstate 295 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating with suspended registration.

8/30 at 2:56 a.m. A 15-year-old male, of Freeport, was issued a summons on Depot Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and a possession of liquor by a minor.

8/30 at 6:12 p.m. Mitchell J. Stephens, 19, of Gray, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate.
