9/24 at 2:30 p.m. Richard Willing, 63, of Unity Lane, was arrested on Unity Lane by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Summonses

9/21 at 7:55 p.m. Gage Simard, 23, of Foster Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Upper Mast Landing Road by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

9/22 at 12:21 a.m. Adam Guiou, 31, of Oak Avenue, was issued a summons on Oak Avenue by Officer Nathan Leger on a charge of violating conditions of release.

9/24 at 3:16 p.m. Derek Schultz, 39, of Bethel Road, Bethel, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Paul Powers on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
