Arrests

9/20 at 8:17 a.m. Theodore J. Lagrange, 27, of Oxford Street, Lewiston, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of attaching false plates, operating without valid inspection certification, failing to produce evidence of insurance and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/22 at 9:40 p.m. Ezra M. Wolfinger, 27, of Shore Road, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Dixon Road by Officer Steven Milton Jr., on a charge of operating under the influence. 

9/22 at 10:39 p.m. Nicholas Foley, 39, of Jordan Avenue, Brunswick, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Sgt. Paul Powers on charges of failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release. 

9/24 at 9:51 p.m. Barbara A. McHugh, 56, of Cottage Street, was arrested on Cottage Street by Officer Malcolm Marshall on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
