Arrests

9/16 at 5:16 p.m. Edward Lecours III, 48, of Independence Drive, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Keith Norris on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/19 at 12:59 a.m. Christopher Sarro, 26, of Grist Mill Road, Franklin, was arrested at Lower Main Street and Varney Road by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/21 at 3:37 p.m. Ryen O’Connor, 26, of Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Powers on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Summonses

9/17 at 11:02 p.m. Robert Urquhart, 26, of Katie Lane, was issued a summons at Durham and Beech Hill roads by Officer Nathan Leger on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

9/19 at 4:24 p.m. Andre Lopez, 26, of Oak Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons on Lookout Point by Assistant Marine Resources Officer Paul Plummer on a charge of possession of undersized quahogs.
