9/13 at 12:46 p.m. Robert A. Coulombre, 43, of Sabattus, was arrested by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on Main Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

9/13 at 12:46 p.m. Jessica M. Click, 33, of West Point Road, Phippsburg, was arrested by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on Main Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.

9/15 at 3:10 p.m. Richard Steeves, 26, of Braeburn Road, Portland, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Main Street on a warrant.

9/18 at 5:30 p.m. John Thomas Darling, 32, of Route 1, Freeport, was arrested by Officer John D. Perrino on Route 1 on a charge of probation violation.
