Summons
9/10 at 11:08 p.m. Jay C. Johnson, 23, of Durham Road, was summonsed on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.
Ditching school?
9/8 at 1:16 p.m. Police were notified when a backpack and clothing were found near the railroad tracks on School Street. There was no identification found and it is not known if the items belong to a student. The backpack was empty and there were jeans near by.
Late night field party?
9/8 at 2:04 p.m. A resident of Mollymauk Lane contacted police about beer cans and trash found on a school athletic field. Graffiti was also found on school property. Evening patrols were directed to check the area after the beer cans were found, and police said the graffiti will be removed as soon as possible.

9/9 at 3:04 a.m. Smoke in building, Kendall Lane.
9/9 at 5:06 a.m. Assist rescue, South Freeport Road.
9/9 at 5:14 a.m. Assist rescue, Pirate Cove.
9/10 at 11:32 a.m. Alarm, Main Street.
