9/6 at 12:24 a.m. Christopher Marcoux, 34, of Tenney Street, Yarmouth, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of operating under the influence and failing to produce evidence of vehicle insurance.

9/7 at 1:41 a.m. Thomas J. Cary, 21, of Bragdon Road, was arrested at Wardtown Road and Lemon Lane by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating under the influence.
