8/29 at 4:05 p.m. Christopher Curtis, 31, of Watson Street, Monterey, California, was arrested on School Street by Officer Nathan Leger on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and unsworn falsification.
8/29 at 4:05 p.m. Johnathan Beebe, 29, of Glen Shire Drive, San Antonio, Texas, was arrested on School Street by Officer Nathan Leger on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
