10/3 at 12:18 p.m. Evan Finlay, 24, of Horton Place, Portland, was arrested on Iris Lane and U.S. Route 1 by Officer Thomas Gabbard on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
10/4 at 1:08 a.m. Ian Webber, 31, of Picadilly Road, Sandwich, Massachusetts, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Nathan Leger on a charge of operating under the influence.
