9/27 at 12 a.m. Michael L. DeLoose, 32, of Winter Street, Portland, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of possession of marijuana, operating under the influence and refusing to sign a summons.
Summonses
9/27 at 1:07 p.m. Khalid F. Ismael, 19, of Parkview Court, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
9/29 at 5:51 p.m. Michael Caron, 26, of Park Street, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of possession of marijuana.
