10/28 at 9:54 p.m. Jaimie A. Manganella, 27, of Jean Street, was arrested on Mallett Drive by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of being a habitual motor vehicle offender and failure to give correct name, address or date of birth.
Summonses
10/23 at 9:43 p.m. Alexander J. Dumond, 22, of Fairview Avenue, Auburn, was issued a summons on Durham Road by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
10/25 at 11:55 a.m. Robert H. Toothaker, 38, of Osprey Cove Road, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of criminal trespassing.
10/26 at 11:10 p.m. Marc G. Graffam, 23, of Baker Road, was issued a summons on Durham Road by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
Correction
The Oct. 24 Freeport Police Beat misidentified a summons issued to Andrew P. Pelletier. It should have said he was charged with operating with suspended registration.
