10/18 at 9:29 p.m. Kyle Green, 25, of Freeport, was arrested by Sgt. Nathanial T. Goodman on Route 1 on charges of domestic violence assault and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
10/23 at 6:36 p.m. Carla Jo Kaler, 50, of Rockport, was arrested by Officer Keith Norris on Main Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Summonses
10/22 at 1:19 a.m. Breanne L, Hodgetts, 25, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Thomas Gabbard on Route 1 on a charge of leaving the scene of a vehicle accident.
10/22 at 11:33 a.m. Jacob Gary Crone, 21, of Marvin Way, was issued a summons by Officer Paul E. Chenevert on Marvin Way on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor.
Breaking the law
10/18 at 2:20 p.m. Police were notified of broken glass door on Main Street. No entry was reported and the damage is estimated at about $500.
