10/10 at 6:26 p.m. Michael E. Barry, 27, of Connecticut, was arrested by Officer Paul A. Powers on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/11 at 10:30 a.m. Cynthia Haycock, 48, of Durham, was arrested by Officer Nathaniel T. Goodman on a warrant from the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear for an operating after suspension violation.

10/15 at 12:53 p.m. James Hamilton, 22, of Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Joseph Pelletier on charges of violating condition of release and assault.

Summonses

10/12 at 1:02 a.m. Michael C. Flynn, Jr., was summonsed by Officer Paul Powers on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Not a happy meal

10/9 at 9:53 a.m. Police were notified of someone harassing another person at McDonald’s. Police issued a criminal trespassing warning to one individual.

Screaming tires 

10/10 at 11:15 p.m. Police were called about a noise complaint on Pownal Road. Residents heard a vehicle in the area squealing its tires, but police were unable to locate the car.

Windshield complaint

10/13 at 4:21 p.m. A driver called police to complain that their windshield had been struck by debris from a weed whacker. Police advised the driver to contact the maintenance company.
