Arrests

9/25 at 8:27 p.m. Devin Cressey, 18, of Cedar Lane, was arrested on Holbrook Street by Officer Michael Raymond on charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

9/28 at 8:35 p.m. Shelby Stowell, 24, of Bridge Street, Yarmouth, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Nathan Leger on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

9/26 at 12:17 a.m. Ronnie Russomano, 40, of Fox Croft Drive, Scarborough, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

9/26 at 12:17 a.m. Carol Cushing, 47, no address listed, of Boothbay, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of attaching false plates.
