10/10 at 1:32 a.m. Alex D. Reardon, 23, of Freeport, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Pine Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/15 at 11:31 a.m. Walter F. Garcia, 21, of Stonington, was arrested by Officer Jason Bartlett on Durham and Baily Farm roads on charges of operating while license is suspended or revoked and on a warrant.

10/15 at 11 p.m. Michael P. Connolly, 50, of Baker Road, was arrested by Officer Brandon L. Paxton on Route 125 on charges of operating under the influence, possession of marijuana and sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

10/9 at 11:24 p.m. Jesse M. Moan, 21, of Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of a usable amount of marijuana.

10/11 at 8:54 a.m. St. John M. Hall III, of Westbrook, was issued a summons on True Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of criminal trespass.

10/12 at 2:02 p.m. Jordan C. Smith, 23, of Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

10/12 at 2:02 p.m. Kate Edwards Matthews, 23, of Gettysburg, Penn., was issued a summons by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

10/16 at 5:21 a.m. Walter George Dali, 28, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Brandon L. Paxton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

(Don’t) walk this way

10/11 at 2:36 p.m. Police were contacted to resolve a dispute between a driver and a pedestrian on Main Street near Abercrombie & Fitch. A man allegedly stepped off the sidewalk to cross the street but was not on a crosswalk. A man in a truck yelled at the pedestrian and the pedestrian reportedly gave the driver the finger. The driver jumped out of the truck, attacked the pedestrian and nearly punched him, police report. The driver and the pedestrian were eventually identified and while a report was written, no charges were filed.
