Arrests

10/8 at 7:58 a.m. A 17-year-old, gender and address not disclosed, was arrested on Holbrook Street by Officer Michael McManus on charges of possession of liquor by a minor and violating conditions of release.

10/9 at 12:39 a.m. Cuong Ly, 53, of Fawn Lane Meadow, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Paul Powers on a charge of domestic violence assault.

10/12 at 3:14 p.m. Jake Braley, 22, of Braley Way, Brunswick, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Nathan Leger on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Summonses

10/10 at 2:39 p.m. Paul Raffell, 47, of Kind Road, Lisbon, was issued a summons on Justin’s Way on a charge of possession of marijuana.

10/10 at 10:22 p.m. Jacob Birmingham, 19, of Broadway, Bangor, was issued a summons on Lower Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of liquor by a minor.

10/10 at 10:22 p.m. Philip Mateescu, 21, of Satterwaite Avenue, Nutley, New Jersey, was issued a summons on Lower Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of possession of marijuana.

10/10 at 11:59 p.m. Benjamin Maxfield, 38, of Maplewood Road, Parsonsfield, was issued a summons at Lower Main Street and Independence Drive by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
