10/5 at 11:52 p.m. Joao Silva, 39, of Park Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Durham and Bailey Farm roads by Officer Nathan Leger on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
10/7 at 10:16 p.m. Nathan Stowell, 19, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on Main Street and Howard Place by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
