10/27 at 7:55 a.m. A 13-year-old male, of Freeport, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Michael McManus on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/27 at 9:15 a.m. Joseph W. Plummer III, 24, of Wardtown Road, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Michael McManus on a charge of failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration Act.

10/27 at 2:24 p.m. Trueheart Peeples, 37, of Spencer’s Ridge Road, was issued a summons on Spencer’s Ridge Road by Detective Gino Bianchini on a charge of failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration Act.

10/31 at 10:42 p.m. Scott D. Birchfield, 44, of Swett Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons on Durham and Black Hawk roads by Officer Nathan Leger on a charge of possession of marijuana.
