10/26 at 1:47 p.m. Alyssa Penney, 20, of Jennies Court, South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.
10/28 at 7:45 p.m. David Rucci, 35, no address listed, was arrested on Burnett Road by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of criminal trespass.
10/30 at 3:46 a.m. Jason Spack, 24, of U.S. Route 1, Scarborough, was arrested at Desert Road and Goldrup Lane by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of violating conditions of release.
