11/11 at 6:29 p.m. Brittany Tucker, 28, of Topsham, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Keith Norris on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and refusing to submit to arrest.

11/16 at 12:57 p.m. Marvin Floyd, 76, of Spring Street, Auburn, was issued a summons on Durham Road and Black Hawk Road by Officer Jason Bartlett on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.
