11/6 at 8:46 a.m. Tanner B. Mulligan, 22, of Jeffrey Street, Lewiston, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection certificate, and failing to produce evidence of vehicle insurance.
11/8 at 4:39 p.m. Andrew S. Taylor, 40, of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Stonewood Drive by Officer William Brown IV on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

11/8 at 1:53 a.m. Pedro Pages, 40, of Rough Rider Road, Durham, was issued a summons on Interstate 295 on a charge of operating under the influence.
