4/28 at 10:22 a.m. Crystal Pinkham, 23, of Lisbon Street, Lisbon Falls, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Powers on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.

4/28 at 1:33 p.m. Rhonda Small, 59, of Park Street, was arrested on Mallett Drive by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/1 at 11:25 a.m. Jeffrey Cogswell, 52, of Prout Road, was arrested on Prout Road by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of operating after habitual offender license revocation, operating without valid inspection certificate, and failure to produce evidence of vehicle insurance.

Summonses

4/28 at 8:01 p.m. A 16-year-old, gender and hometown undisclosed, was issued a summons on Durham and Griffin roads by Officer Michael Raymond on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

4/29 at 1:26 p.m. Keshia Lavoie, 20, of Lisbon Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons at Durham and Griffin roads by Officer Michael Raymond on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

5/3 at 7:33 a.m. Doreen Christ, 51, of Lewiston, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Paul Powers on a charge of operating with suspended registration.
