4/23 at 8:20 p.m. Dale Leavitt,  52, of Lower Main Street, was arrested by Officer Joseph Pelletier on charges of criminal mischief and criminal threatening.

4/26 at 9:53 a.m. Kyle V. Albert, 22, of Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Thomas Gabbard on Main Street and Justin’s Way on charges of robbery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief.

Summonses

4/26 at 11:28 p.m. Marc G. Graffam, 20, of Baker Road, was summonsed by Officer John D. Perrino on Bow Street on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

4/26 at 11:28 p.m. Kristine A. Celinski, 18, of Cass Lane, was summonsed by Officer John D. Perrino on Bow Street on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

4/28 at 11:28 a.m. Desiree M. Young,  21, of Litchfield Road, was summonsed by Officer Paul Powers on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Wait, it’s not stolen

4/24 at 10:06 a.m. A person reported a problem with their credit card at a business on Route 1. According to police, the card owner told the credit card company that the card was lost, but then tried to use it after finding it. The situation was handled at the business.

Helping hands

4/26 at 9:53 a.m. Police reported three Abercrombie & Fitch employees were walking on the sidewalk near Jameson’s Tavern when a man walked up behind them, snatched the woman’s purse and knocked her to the ground. One Abercrombie employee chased after the purse snatcher, and an employee of Jameson’s Tavern joined the pursuit. The purse snatcher ran into the fenced loading area for L.L. Bean and was trapped. He was stopped on Justin’s Way and arrested.

4/26 at 6:14 p.m. Police were notified that people were shooting BB’s from a window of a residence on Holbrook Street. The people involved were located and the situation was handled with family intervention.
