4/28 at 4:48 p.m. Maria Grassi, 28, of Windham, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Michael McManus on charges of violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, possession of hypodermic apparatuses, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and theft by deception.
