5/16 at 10:42 a.m. Paul A. Freeman Jr., 28, of Pinewood Drive, Topsham, was arrested on Main Street by Sgt. Paul Powers on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by receiving stolen property and violating condition of release.

5/15 at 1:09 p.m. Jayson J. Forgues, 44, of Bragdon Road, was issued a summons on Bragdon Road by Officer Jonathan Edwards on a charge of keeping an unlicensed dog. 

5/18 at 7:20 p.m. Oluwatoyin B. Raman, 30, of Brooklyn, New York, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of speeding 30 miles or more over the limit.

5/19 at 11:57 a.m. Lisa Fahay, 53, of Kelleran Road, was issued a summons on Kelleran Road by Officer Jonathan Edwards on a charge of keeping an unlicensed dog. 

5/21 at 12:06 a.m. Logan Scott Goodman, 19, of Fillion Street, Lisbon, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of operating with a suspended registration. 

5/21 at 8:43 a.m. Timothy A. Giggey, 39, of Gage Lane, Auburn, was issued a summons on Interstate 295 by Officer Rebecca Kavanaugh on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

5/21 at 12:05 p.m. Renee Michelle Seavey, 22, of Route 1, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Jonathan Edwards on a charge of keeping an unlicensed dog.
