Arrests

5/14 at 9:37 p.m. Andrew Smith, 22, of Lisbon Street, Lisbon, was arrested on Wardtown and Griffin roads by Sgt. John Perrino on an outstanding warrant and on charges of driving to endanger and violating condition of release.

5/15 at 9:36 a.m. Nathan Brown, 23, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of aggravated assault.

5/15 at 11:37 a.m. Justin Avery Trufant, 31, of Fisher Road, Bowdoinham, was arrested on Pownal Road by Officer Paul Powers on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/16 at 7:03 p.m. Charles Keith Jr., 28, of Lisbon, was arrested on Durham and Poland roads by Officer Keith Norris on charges of eluding an officer, driving to endanger, and speeding 20-24 mph over the speed limit.

Summonses

5/12 at 8:21 p.m. A 15-year-old male, of Durham, was issued a summons on Durham Road and Gray Drive by Officer Nathan Leger on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

5/12 at 11:41 p.m. Patricia Gardner, 30, of East Main Street, Yarmouth, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive and Durham Road by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating with suspended registration.

5/13 at 3:34 p.m. Andrew Dao, 24, of Willow Circle, Lisbon, was issued a summons on Wardtown Road and Lemon Lane by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Bomb threat

Police responded to a bomb threat at Freeport High School on May 13 at 11:47 a.m. after administrators found a threat written on a wall at the school. The school was evacuated and police canines were brought in, but no bombs were found. The investigation is ongoing.

5/11 at 12:36 p.m. Alarm call on School Street.

5/11 at 2:55 p.m. Alarm call on Main Street.

5/12 at 10:04 a.m. Alarm call on Spar Cove Road.

5/12 at 1:55 p.m. Unattended fire on Mallett Drive.
